Thane Collins, 9th Degree Black Belt and former police
officer with over 40 years of martial arts experience. Whether
you are a first-time beginner or pro MMA fighter or aged 6 to 96,
Thane will work on a customized one-on-one training program to fit
your goals, ability level and objectives.
Private training is ideal if you are
interested in martial arts or have previous martial arts experience.
The balance, coordination, speed and reflexes of this ancient art
combined with modern techniques are also an excellent supplement to
your current training.

Tai Chi Private Lesson
Learn the Tai Chi form, improve blood
flow, balance, coordination and gain clarity of mind and relaxation.
Martial Arts Movement Ease
The lowest impact lesson combining the
martial arts aspects of Tai Chi as well as warm-ups and basic
movements. Perfect for beginners or athletes who want to use
new warm up and movements to improve skills.
Comprehensive Martial Arts Private Lesson
Overall private lesson for all skill and
experience levels covering various aspects of martial arts fighting
and sport depending on your background and needs. Can include
belt testing.
Advanced Martial Arts
Workout for experienced martial artists
and athletes who want to use aspects of martial arts such as
balance, coordination, speed and reflexes to improve their skill.
Self Defense and Professional Training
Ideal if you are interested in
self-defense, especially if you are a law enforcement or other
professional who has need for self-defense in your career.
Thane was a city police officer for many years and can train the
latest techniques to keep you safe.
No Contact MMA
Want to learn more about ring-sport
competitions like UFC in a safe environment? This private
lesson covers the ring sport aspects of mixed martial arts including
pad work, ring strategy and standup and ground.

High Power Martial Arts
Blow away stress and tension with an
intense fighting lesson, includes heavy bag work, pad work, kicking,
drills and high-powered workout that will satisfy any fitness level.

New Martial Arts Classes
Water Tai Chi
No impact, ideal for relaxation, balance,
blood flow and overall movement, will cover the Beijing Tai Chi form
– the already relaxing movements of Tai Chi made even more flowing
by working in the pool.
Martial Arts Open Class
Ancient secrets and modern technique this
instructional class covers broad martial arts technique and
application. Great for self-confidence, coordination, balance
and mental clarity. The Open Class is a free flowing open
workout format similar to a group private lesson combined with an
open workout. Students in this class can focus on areas of
their choice and ask the instructors for specific training tips.
Gi and belt is optional, gloves

Youth Martial Arts Program ($)
Ages 4-6 – Learn discipline,
self-confidence and have fun in this exciting introduction to
martial arts.
Ages 6 to 13 – No contact self-defense
and karate basics - covers kicking, punching and other martial arts
techniques.
Includes Gi (Martial Arts Uniform) and
Belt
Meet the Instructor /Martial Arts and
Tai Chi Intro (30)
